研究方向

主要利用干细胞技术、基因工程技术和生物信息学筛选从事自身免疫病和抗肿瘤免疫治疗及相关机制研究。(1)利用干细胞移植技术,胚胎干细胞分化为胸腺上皮祖细胞,移植重建胸腺结构和功能,诱导免疫耐受,防治自身免疫病发病及相关机制研究。(2)利用生物信息学筛选B7家族相关分子,通过重组蛋白和单克隆抗体技术等,靶向负性调节T细胞或巨噬细胞功能研究,为自身免疫病和抗肿瘤免疫治疗药物筛选提供新的靶点。
