个人简历

苏敏,医学博士,三级教授,博导。美国康涅狄格大学博士后,贵州省优秀青年科技人才(2015),贵州省省委联系专家(2023),贵州省政府特殊津贴专家(2024),中国解剖学会常务理事(第十七届)、组织胚胎学分会常务委员,贵州省解剖学会理事长(第八、九届)。主要从事干细胞与自身免疫病研究。主持面上项目(2024,2021)地区基金(2020,2015)等国家自然科学基金4项,以及省部级科研项目10余项。近五年以第一或通讯作者在影响因子大于10的高水平杂志Cellular & Molecular Immunology(IF=22.1, 2021)、Advanced Healthcare Materials(IF=10.0, 2023)、Journal of Neuroinflammation(IF=10.1, 2025)和Small Structures(IF=11.3, 2025)等SCI收录期刊发表论文11篇。此外,以第一发明人获得国家授权发明专利4项。以第一完成人获贵州省科技进步三等奖、贵州医学科技奖一等奖及二等奖,并作为主要参与者获得中华医学会医学科技一等奖。

研究领域

主要利用干细胞技术、基因工程技术和生物信息学筛选,从事自身免疫病和抗肿瘤免疫治疗及相关机制研究。(1)利用干细胞移植技术,胚胎干细胞分化为胸腺上皮祖细胞,移植重建胸腺结构和功能,诱导免疫耐受,防治自身免疫病发病及相关机制研究。(2)利用生物信息学筛选B7家族相关分子,通过重组蛋白和单克隆抗体技术等,靶向负性调节T细胞或巨噬细胞功能研究,为自身免疫病和抗肿瘤免疫治疗药物筛选提供新的靶点。
